Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

As Tulpars Global Logistics (the “Company”), we care about the security of your personal data. This notice has been prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you of the purposes for which, and the ways in which, personal data obtained through our website and forms is processed.

1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number
Request details: cargo weight and dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, message content
Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, the page and date the form was sent from

3. Purposes of Processing

Evaluating quote requests and providing you with a price quote
Responding to your contact requests and planning the transport service
Sending newsletters and information emails, if you give consent
Ensuring website security and preventing misuse
Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and the data controller's legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Newsletters are sent only on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the providers from whom we receive website hosting and email services; to carriers, customs brokers and business partners to the extent necessary to perform the transport service you request; and to legally authorized public authorities. Transfers abroad that are required for international transport services are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; once these periods end, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Cookies and Third-Party Services

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some fonts are loaded via the Google Fonts service to display the site; during this process your IP address may be processed by Google.

8. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise the following rights by applying to our Company:

To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
To request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK
To request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction
To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing
